Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During this time, your chandelier is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged to ensure it meets our quality standards before dispatch. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipment Notification & Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to monitor your delivery at every stage and stay informed on its progress.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes between 3–7 business days, depending on your location within England. In most cases, customers can expect their order to arrive within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase. We aim to meet or exceed these timeframes wherever possible.
