Shipping Rates & Delivery Costs

  • Shipping Fee: FREE Shipping on all orders across our coverage area.

  • Taxes & Duties: All prices listed on our website include applicable UK VAT. No additional customs or import fees apply.

Order Cut-Off Time & Business Hours

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).

  • Operating Days: Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During this time, your chandelier is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged to ensure it meets our quality standards before dispatch.

Shipment Notification & Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. This allows you to monitor your delivery at every stage and stay informed on its progress.

Once dispatched, transit time typically takes between 3–7 business days. Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is generally 6–12 business days. We aim to meet or exceed these timeframes wherever possible.
